At Serene Rise Global, all products are made to order through our trusted distribution partners. As such, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item received is:

• Damaged upon arrival

• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible for a replacement:

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Include a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• Email us at alpharetta.team.support@protonmail.com with your order number and concern

Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a one-time replacement at no extra cost. We do not issue monetary refunds or accept returns.

Please note:

• Colors and designs may appear slightly different due to screen settings and print variations

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout
